Verify an accreditation

Every QuickSmart-accredited certificate carries a unique verification ID. This ID ensures that employers, learners, and organisations can confirm authenticity quickly and with confidence.



How to Verify a Certificate

  1. Locate the certificate ID
  • The unique ID is printed on the bottom of every QuickSmart-accredited certificate.
  • Example format: QS-HMS-2025-0042.

2.Send the ID for verification

  • Email the certificate ID to info@quicksmartgroup.com.
  • Include the provider name and course title if possible.

3.Receive confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days stating whether the certificate is valid and accredited.

Coming Soon – Instant Online Verification

We are building an automated portal where IDs can be entered directly on this site for instant verification. Until then, the manual email process remains the official method.



Important Notes

  • Only certificates with a QuickSmart ID and the QuickSmart seal are valid.
  • If a certificate does not carry a valid ID, or if verification fails, it is not considered accredited.

Complaints & Quality Assurance

At QuickSmart, we are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. We provide a clear, transparent process for raising concerns about accredited providers or programmes.



Submitting a Complaint

If you have a concern about a QuickSmart-accredited provider or programme, please email:

Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Provider and programme name
  • Date(s) of the issue
  • A clear description of the concern and any supporting evidence
  • The outcome you are seeking

Our Process

  • Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
  • Investigation: A QuickSmart Quality Lead will review your complaint, request additional evidence if necessary, and assess it against our Professional Standards Framework.
  • Response: A full written response will be provided within 14 working days. If more time is required, we will inform you of the revised timeline.

Possible Outcomes

  • No action (complaint not upheld)
  • Recommendations for provider improvement
  • Conditions placed on a provider’s accreditation
  • Temporary suspension of accreditation pending corrective action
  • Withdrawal of accreditation

Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please state this in your reply to our response. Your case will be escalated internally for review by a senior reviewer not involved in the original decision.



Ongoing Quality Assurance

QuickSmart conducts annual reviews of all accredited providers, including:

  • Programme updates and evidence reviews
  • Learner feedback sampling
  • Policy compliance checks

Providers must notify QuickSmart of any material changes to their programmes to ensure continued compliance with our standards.



Data Protection

All complaints are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Records are retained for up to 6 years for audit and quality purposes.
